This is a non visual tutorial at the moment. I will add them later as I have no time to do this at the moment.
Always backup your boot animation in case the new one does not work.
Requirements:
1: Some type of root file manager. (Solid explorer recommended)
2: Root access
Step 1: go to system>media>bootanimation.zip>desc.txt
Step 2: you are going to need to go to the second line and change the letter "p" to the letter "c".
Step 3 change the video and or audio to whatever length.
Step 4 reboot and see if it worked.
Note: this may not work on all ics roms (4.0.X). I have not tested it on a lot of versions of androids so please let me know if it worked. There is a certain time limit as it is not forever and it is impossible to make it last "forever" because this is hardware and unless you know how to change hardware it is impossible.
