How to create Icon Packs for Nova/Apex/ADW etc?

Hello, all

I'm rather experienced when it comes to creating icons in photoshop and I would like to package a theme to make it available in the play store. The problem is turning a set of icons into a .apk is rather difficult. I've seen a few older threads on here that were not very useful, and I was hoping that someone could point me in the right direction as to how to accomplish this.
