[CM10][THEME][XHDPI\?] Desk Theme

First of all this is my first theme, so probably I'm going to need help for finishing it.
Btw I want to make a soft theming keeping the general holo look, but changing it in some aspects.
This theme is influenced by the new desk clock, personally I like a lot its design.
For now the theme is going up nice, but I need help in some things:
-How do I theme the Settings header? (The one where is wrote the title)
-How do I theme the list divider in Settings?
-How do I theme the bottom bar in Messages and Contacts?
