[REQUEST] Iconers (or something similar)

Looking for an iconers apk, can't find anything online. Or if there's something new that accomplishes the same thing, what are you using?

I used to make Zooper widgets using iconers but when upgrading to a new device I found iconers is no longer in the play store.
