[REQ]Re-Organize Status Bar Icons, Teach me how or Make me one

Can someone help me to re-arrange my status bar icons?

I want my Signal bar appear on left side along with other bluetooth,earphone and wifi icons.

Then battery on right. then notifications will appear beside the battery and will not go further where the clock is positioned.

I already got the Clock Centered thanks to system ROM..

Apparently, I cant attach my SystemUI.apk and framework-res.apk. I can send it if you want.
