[REQUEST] Cynanogenmod theme based on a game

Hi!
I'm sorry, but can anyone make a theme based on a game called "Hotline Miami"?
It's kinda like 80's neon-ish with it's own style.. Search it up at google, sorry I can't provide any pic.

Ohh, and I'm on cm12 cusrom.
