[Q] How to make dynamic effect on toggle widgets using zooper and tasker ?

was wondering is it possible to make dynamic effect icon ontap on widgets ? can any one guide me through here how can i able to change icon when i tap on icon ?
i tried the tutorial but it was not for ontap widgets
