i´ve written a script over the last 5 day and i hope i get some testers for trying it.
What it is:
It is a simpel script where you drag&drop in the apk with the theme you want (e.g. cm framework-res) to have and the apk which you want to have themed (e.g. stock framework-res.apk).
What it does:
Lets say it in simple words. It copies the PNG-files from one apk to the other one, assumed the file exists in the apk.
