The world needs you for 5 minutes :P

Hey all since I found no other place to post this I decided to make it here!
As you know there is a super cool release of Paranoid Darkness for 4.2.1!
But the statusbar is fully black and the footer the line which getting blue if you touch it is also fully black!
Since the developer is busy , I wanted to ask a themer for making the footer looks like it looked in stock 4.1.2! (around black and the line is grey , if you touch the line its getting blue )

Please this would be very good !
I tried it but failed, maybe because I never made something with theming..
