[Q] How to add Icon Pack Support to my Custom Launcher?

Hi all,

I have this small app for Sony Xperia devices, called Fast App Switcher Small App (Project Page, see my signature below). Recently someone requested for icon pack support. Now how can i add icon pack support into my app? I'm curious to know. I have searched google but no dice. Don't know whether the word is wrong or something else. So please give me some simple tutorial so i can learn from it. Thanks a bunch. :D
