[Q] Changing Text Color in Settings

Hi I'm trying to create a theme and I'm trying to modify the text you see listed in the Settings or any other application.

I've been searching for it through framework-res and I've spent the last 2 days going no where with it. Also searched through all the forum topics and none of them were up to date.

It'd be great if someone could point out exactly which color I need to modify
