Help how to import a icon to my phone

I am going crazy , didnt find anything related to import an icon to my phone that I just created , found many people using eclipse but is there any tutorial where it says how to import them to my phone ? where do I have to place them ? Any ideas ?

I managed to export it as a apk , i install the apk and with nox icon pack i have the option to choose a app symbol to replace the existing one , but i wanted to be able to create a app with many icons inside it . A icon pack.
