Patch for have iOS emoji in place of "Google" Emoji in kitkat

Hello,
I'm on Kitkat with my Galaxy S3. I love Emoji for chating with my friends but Google emoji's skin is bad I find.
So is it possible to create a skin or a patch to put with CM Theme or other solution for have iOS 7 skin.
