- Copy the APK to the root of the SD-CARD
- Open /system via Solid explorer or ES File explorer
- Go to /system/app paste the APK here
- Overwrite the exisiting SystemUI.apk
- Set permissions to rwrr
- Reboot the phone or it will reboot itself.

NOTE:
This MOD will only work in deodexed ROMs. And this is the Stock ROM deodexed SystemUI.apk, this theme will not come. You can apply this theme by XTheme Engine. THEME NAME: Flow.
