To apply the theme go to Your Launcher settings and:
Nova Launcher:
Nova Settings > Look and feel > Icon Theme > Roundy
Apex Launcher:
Apex settings > Theme settings > Elegance > Roundy
ADW Launcher:
ADW Settings > Themes > Roundy > Apply
