[Q] how to move line( date + clock ) up the above the toggle button?

Sir, please help me how to just move the button date, clock up the top the button toggle ?

I followed instructions <GUIDE make date with JB for GB> week but toggle button below date + clock : (

I am very very happy if you help me, because I was looking on the xda forum and google but no guide : (
